She attended Marin Catholic High School and also has a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco in Business Administration. As a Buyer's agent, Jennifer actively previews property and shows homes to prospective buyers. She belongs to various networking groups and is up to date on all inventories throughout Marin County. As an escrow coordinator, she will expertly handle your important escrow transaction. She monitors the progress of your escrow, making sure all time elements are met. She acts as a liaison with the selling agent, title and lender, keeping you informed every step of the way. Jennifer also assists with Broker's Opens and Sunday Open Houses.
	Janice Guehring Buyers Agent After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Janice moved to Marin County in 1973. She is a licensed real estate agent and has been associated with Alva since 1985.
